to be sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable of the required procedures involved in the physical training programs.
The following list describes the physical tasks and efforts that may be required to participate in a True Fit You Boot Camp program or training session:
Repeated bouts of high intensity cardiovascular training
Repeated bouts of high intensity physical training for the upper and lower body
Strength exercises that involve working both the upper and lower body
Exercise and fitness challenges that require moderate to high increases in heart rate
Regarding Missed Classes
All missed sessions require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice in order to receive a “make-up class” for the session. Missed camps with less than 24 hours notice given will not qualify and you will be charged for the session.

Missed sessions with notification will be allowed a make-up* being given which can be applied to another session within the next 4 weeks of classes or one roll over into the next session.

If you can present a doctor’s note indicating a medical reason why you cannot continue taking classes in a certain session, we will credit a portion of your unused session for up to 12 months. This means you will be given the opportunity to take classes when you are ready, as long as it is within one year of your original registration.
