True Fit You bootcamps are fitness classes with women ranging from their early 20’s to their 50’s. We all have different body types and different levels of fitness; one thing we all have in common is that we are women who want to get stronger and healthier!
Every class is designed for women to challenge themselves at their own pace, along with gain confidence in how they feel and look.
This is definitely a big “bridge-builder” for women to come together and motivate each other in a fun, friendly, and supportive setting.
Once we arrive for training, we all work together and help each other achieve our personal goals!
- Certified in Fitness Yoga
- Certified in Kickboxing Level 1, 2
- Certificate in Group Fitness
- Certificate in Advanced Personal Training
- Kettlebell Instructor
- First Aid, CPR, AED
- Tuesday: 7 pm – 8 pm
- Thursday: 7 pm – 8 pm
Each session is an hour that is meant to get you sweaty and motivate you to work! Here are a few class sessions we have.
